Don’t throw away the tops when you get a bunch of beets. Use them in one of these healthy, seasonal recipes.

To submit a proposal for peer consideration, please supply the following materials in a single, zipped folder (not exceeding 8 megabytes):
- Title of project
- Location(s) for project
- Time/duration (if known - this can be updated later)
- A detailed project proposal
- Any images, files (must be under 8 mb in total), and/or links
